The Fort Lauderdale

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz light rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz coconut syrup
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz blue pea flower tea
• 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, lime juice, coconut syrup, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over crushed ice.
3. 3Pour blue pea flower tea over the back of a spoon for a blue top layer.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a paper umbrella and a pineapple spear — Spring Break in a glass.
