Central Perk Cooler

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coffee-infused bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
• 0.5 oz heavy cream
• 3 oz cold brew coffee
• 1 tsp turbinado sugar

Instructions

1. 1Infuse bourbon with 2 tbsp whole coffee beans for 30 minutes, strain, and chill.
2. 2Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
4. 4Top with cold brew and float heavy cream poured over a spoon.
5. 5Sprinkle turbinado sugar on the cream — they'll be there for you, and so will this drink.
