Trautman's Last Resort

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
• 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 barspoon absinthe

Instructions

1. 1Stir rye, sweet vermouth, maraschino, absinthe, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
2. 2Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
3. 3Express an orange peel over the surface.
4. 4Drop the peel in and serve.
