Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz blue pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Blend coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice with crushed ice until smooth.
2. 2Pour the blended mixture into a tall hurricane glass.
3. 3Slowly pour blue pea flower syrup over the back of a spoon so it layers on top.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and watch the color bloom downward through the drink.
5. 5Garnish with a small clownfish gummy on the rim and a pineapple leaf.
