Shell Trail Sipper

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz passion fruit puree
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 oz coconut water
• 0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, passion fruit puree, hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over large ice cubes.
3. 3Add coconut water and stir once.
4. 4Pour grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon to sink it to the bottom for a layered effect.
5. 5Garnish with a spiral of lemon peel and two small shell-shaped candies on the rim.
