NOS Burst

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz blue pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 3 dashes citrus bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, blue pea flower syrup, agave nectar, and citrus bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and watch the NOS-blue color settle.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a small chrome-colored car pick or a racing checkered flag toothpick.
