Bed-Stuy Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, passion fruit syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Dot bitters on the foam.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
