The East Highland Neon
Inspired by Euphoria: Season 3
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
- 2 oz tonic water
- Edible flower for garnish
Instructions
- 1Add butterfly pea flower syrup to the bottom of a tall glass.
- 2Fill with ice cubes.
- 3In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice with ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
- 4Strain over the ice, letting the purple layer swirl up.
- 5Top with tonic water. The acid in the lime will shift the color from purple to pink as you stir.
- 6Drop an edible flower on top. It looks like the show feels.
