Tunnel Vision

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.5 oz dark maple syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash mole bitters
• 1 tsp water

Instructions

1. 1Combine rye, maple syrup, bitters, and water in an old fashioned glass.
2. 2Stir until the syrup is dissolved.
3. 3Add a large ice cube and stir again for 20 seconds to chill.
4. 4Express an orange peel over the top and place in the glass.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
