Ingredients

2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz agave nectar
1 egg white
2 dashes smoked chili bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add smoked chili bitters over the foam.
5Garnish and serve immediately.
