Ember & Wade Fusion

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 1 pinch chili salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim half a rocks glass with chili salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping.
2. 2Combine tequila, lime juice, Aperol, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10-12 seconds until chilled.
4. 4Strain into the rimmed rocks glass over ice.
5. 5Top with sparkling water and stir once.
