Red Leather Raw Rum

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz ginger syrup
• 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. 1Muddle brown sugar with bitters and ginger syrup in the bottom of an old fashioned glass.
2. 2Add dark rum and lime juice.
3. 3Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir to combine.
4. 4Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
