Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz dry white wine
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 0.5 oz fresh blood orange juice
  • 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. 2Add Aperol, white wine, and blood orange juice.
  3. 3Top with prosecco and sparkling water.
  4. 4Stir very gently once to combine without losing the bubbles.
  5. 5Garnish and serve.
