Pink Elephant Parade

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz aquafaba
• 1 dash rose water

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 20 seconds.
2. 2Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Let the foam settle and rise naturally to the top.
5. 5Add garnish carefully to avoid disturbing the foam.
