Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Gently slap mint leaves between your palms and place in the bottom of a rocks glass.
2. 2Add bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
3. 3Fill with crushed ice and stir from the bottom up.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and add more crushed ice to mound above the rim.
5. 5Serve with the rhythm already in your hands.
