Scorpion Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 0.25 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Add gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and grapefruit juice to a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds — slow, deliberate, no talking.
3. 3Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Express an orange peel over the surface and discard it.
