Slow-Mo Smash

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.5 oz triple sec
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz sparkling rosé
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Pour sparkling rosé slowly over the back of a spoon.
5. 5Add Peychaud's bitters on top and serve while the slow-mo lasts.
