Ingredients

2 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
0.5 oz falernum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
2Add rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum and bitters to shaker
3Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4Strain into prepared Collins glass
5Top with ginger beer and gently stir
6Add more crushed ice to fill
