Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.25 oz maple syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 orange peel for expressing

Instructions

1. 1Add maple syrup and both bitters to a rocks glass.
2. 2Add rye whiskey and stir briefly to combine.
3. 3Add a large ice cube and stir for 20 seconds until chilled and diluted.
4. 4Express the orange peel over the glass and run it around the rim.
5. 5Drop the peel in and serve.
