Blind Man's Bourbon

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz cold brew coffee
• 1 pinch smoked sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and cold brew in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Add a pinch of smoked sea salt on top.
5. 5Serve without a straw — feel your way through it.
