The Eye of Agamotto

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz green Chartreuse
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes celery bitters
• 1 sprig fresh thyme (for garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, green Chartreuse, lemon juice, honey syrup, and celery bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds
3. 3Double-strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
4. 4Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig that has been briefly torched to release its aroma
5. 5Serve with a small round green olive skewered to represent the Eye of Agamotto jewel
