Ingredients

1.5 oz bourbon
1 oz apple juice
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz ginger syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, apple juice, lemon juice, ginger syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4Top with sparkling water.
