The Iron Lake Freeze

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz black cherry liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz cold brew coffee
• 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, black cherry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds, then strain into a tall glass over ice.
3. 3Top with cold brew coffee and stir gently.
4. 4Slap a rosemary sprig to release oils and rest it across the rim.
