Ingredients

2 oz gin
0.75 oz Aperol
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add Peychaud's bitters.
