Savannah Sea Salt Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz peach liqueur
• 1 egg white
• Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Add a pinch of sea salt to the shaker first — it opens up the flavors
2. 2Add bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach liqueur, and egg white
3. 3Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
4. 4Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds
5. 5Strain into a chilled coupe — the foam should be pale ivory
6. 6Garnish with a dried peach slice on a cocktail pick resting across the coupe
