Moon Tower Mule

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions

1. 1Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
2. 2Add bourbon, lime juice, and simple syrup directly to the mug and stir.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and add bitters.
4. 4Slap mint sprig between your palms to release oils and drop it in.
5. 5Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
