Ingredients

2 oz scotch whisky
0.75 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz ginger syrup
3 oz dark ale

Instructions

1Combine scotch, honey syrup, lemon juice, and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake briefly for 8 seconds.
3Strain into a tankard.
4Top with dark ale and stir once.
