Hector's Marigold Mezcalita

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz marigold-infused honey syrup
• 0.25 oz hibiscus liqueur
• 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 1 tsp tajin for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with tajin by running a lime wedge around the edge and pressing into the spice.
2. 2Combine mezcal, lime juice, marigold-honey syrup, hibiscus liqueur, and orange juice in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 15 seconds until very cold.
4. 4Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice and double strain the cocktail over it.
5. 5Garnish with a small fresh or dried marigold bloom on the surface and a lime wheel on the rim.
