Instructions

1Combine bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice
2Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
3Strain into a pint glass filled with fresh ice
4Top with cola and stir gently
5Float cream on top
6Add bitters to the cream float
