Ingredients

2 oz Kraken black spiced rum
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz orgeat
0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Combine rum, lime juice, orgeat, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Float bitters on the surface.
