Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz crème de cacao
0.5 oz heavy cream
0.25 oz vanilla syrup
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds to emulsify.
3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Dust ground cinnamon over the top.
