Ka-Chow Citrus Kick

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz fresh blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, blood orange juice, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once.
4. 4Drizzle grenadine over the top to create a red lightning bolt effect — use a toothpick to drag it.
5. 5Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel on the rim to represent Lightning McQueen's racing colors.
