1 oz fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz ginger syrup
3 oz sweet tea
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Combine whiskey, lemon juice, honey, and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake until cold and strain into a mason jar over ice.
3Top with sweet tea.
4Add bitters on top and stir once.
