Tess's Burlesque Blush

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz sparkling rosé

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, grapefruit juice, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. 3Top carefully with sparkling rosé.
4. 4Do not stir — let the layers show.
