The Deakins Protocol

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz Drambuie
• 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.25 oz demerara syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, Drambuie, orange juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large square ice cube.
