Wyoming Whiskey Campfire

Ingredients

• 2 oz Wyoming Whiskey or rye whiskey
• 0.5 oz pure maple syrup
• 2 dashes smoked peach bitters
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Combine whiskey, maple syrup, bitters, and lemon juice in a mixing glass.
2. 2Add ice and stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Garnish and serve simply.
