Chardonnay Singleton

Ingredients

• 3 oz dry Chardonnay
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz peach nectar
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 2 raspberries

Instructions

1. 1Muddle raspberries with lemon juice at the bottom of a wine glass
2. 2Add ice and pour in Chardonnay, elderflower liqueur, and peach nectar
3. 3Stir gently from the bottom to incorporate the muddled raspberry
4. 4Top with sparkling water for a light effervescent lift
5. 5Taste and adjust sweetness — it should feel slightly indulgent
6. 6Garnish with a fresh raspberry on a cocktail pick resting across the glass
