Bangkok Spritz

Ingredients

• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz lychee juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
• 3 oz Champagne
• 1 tsp coconut water

Instructions

1. 1Combine elderflower liqueur, lychee juice, lime juice, raspberry syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds — just enough to chill and blend
3. 3Strain into a Champagne flute
4. 4Top slowly with Champagne, pouring down the inside of the glass
5. 5The lychee and elderflower will create a floral tropical nose
6. 6Garnish with a single lychee fruit on a cocktail pick across the rim
