Lady Whistledown's Secret

Ingredients

• 2 oz dry white wine
• 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1.5 oz club soda
• 4 fresh raspberries

Instructions

1. 1Muddle raspberries lightly in the bottom of a shaker.
2. 2Add elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice and shake.
3. 3Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with dry white wine and club soda, then stir gently.
