1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh strawberry puree
1 oz Prosecco
2 dashes rose water

Instructions

1Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and strawberry puree in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Top with Prosecco slowly.
5Add rose water drops on top and serve.
