The Super Bark

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz cream soda
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. 1Muddle mint leaves gently in the bottom of a shaker.
2. 2Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract with ice.
3. 3Shake well for 10 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
5. 5Top with cream soda and stir once gently.
