The Wagstaff Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz maple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 Luxardo cherry

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white without ice for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again hard for another 12 seconds to chill and build the foam.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass — the foam should dome above the rim.
4. 4Dash bitters in a decorative pattern on the foam and drop a Luxardo cherry in.
5. 5Serve with a paper straw — it's handcrafted, like Bob's burgers.
