1.5 oz Japanese whisky
0.5 oz yuzu juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
3 oz sparkling water
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2Pour Japanese whisky, yuzu juice, and honey syrup over the ice.
3Stir briefly to combine.
4Top with sparkling water and add orange bitters.
5Stir once more gently and serve immediately.
