Satan's Blue Flame

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz crème de violette
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and crème de violette in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Slowly pour activated charcoal syrup down the side for a dark gradient base.
5. 5Add bitters on top and serve.
