The Sierra Leone Sunset

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz fresh orange juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Fill a rocks glass with large ice cubes.
2. 2Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into the glass.
4. 4Pour orange juice gently over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
5. 5Slowly drizzle grenadine along the edge so it sinks to create a sunset gradient.
