2 oz rye whiskey
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz maple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Dry shake rye, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white.
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4Dash bitters on the foam.
