Ingredients

• 2 oz Earl Grey-infused gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lavender syrup
• 0.5 oz honey
• 1 oz hot water

Instructions

1. 1Infuse gin with Earl Grey tea for 2 hours, then strain.
2. 2Warm the honey with hot water until dissolved.
3. 3Combine infused gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and honey water in a shaker with ice.
