Ingredients

2 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 oz club soda

Instructions

1Dry shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 10 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
4Top with club soda and let the foam rise.
