Ingredients

2 oz dark rum
1 oz passion fruit puree
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz grenadine
2 oz pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
4Add a dash of bitters on top.
5Serve with the swagger of a Detroit cop in Beverly Hills.
