The Alphabet Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake tequila, lime juice, lemon juice, agave nectar, and egg white for 10 seconds without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Drop two dashes of Peychaud's on the foam and swirl with a toothpick into a pattern.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon zest curl placed on the foam surface.
